We offer shipping to both domestic and international locations:

  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Other select international locations

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Please refer to the estimated delivery times for each shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, or third-party shipping carrier issues.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method, destination, and order size.
  • For U.S. customers, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the order.

5. International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • FANNCITE ships internationally, but international customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, and import taxes that may apply to their order.
  • These additional charges are not included in the total price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • FANNCITE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or issues with international shipping carriers.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking link.
  • If your tracking number is not updated within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
  • FANNCITE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

8. Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. FANNCITE is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may be delayed due to high order volumes.
  • We recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery.
